Data controller

The data collected on this site is processed by Nathan Monteux, sole trader (trading as “Alpinfluence”), acting as data controller.
Contact: maisonmonteux26@gmail.com — +33 6 41 28 03 91.

Data collected

Through the application form: name, email address, country of residence, composition of the travelling party, approximate dates, length of stay, budget range, interests, free-text message, and how you heard about us (Instagram handle). Through the “keepsake” form on the guide page: your email address, to send you the guide and, if you opt in, occasional notes (newsletter). Through audience measurement: anonymised traffic statistics (see “Cookies and audience measurement”).

Purposes

Your data is used to respond to your application, design a tailored travel proposal, and correspond with you in that context. With your consent, it may also be used to send you communications about our services.

Legal basis

The processing of your application is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request and on our legitimate interest in responding to it. Any commercial prospecting is based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Recipients

Your data is intended for the data controller. It is hosted and processed by our technical providers acting as processors: Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form collection), Brevo (Sendinblue, a French company) for sending the guide and our email communications, and our email service provider. Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Data transfers outside the European Union

Because some of our providers (Netlify, Google) are based in the United States, your data may be transferred outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or these providers' participation in the Data Privacy Framework.

Retention period

Applications that do not lead to a contractual relationship are kept for 24 months from the last contact, then deleted. Data relating to our clients is kept for the duration of the relationship, plus the applicable legal retention periods. Email addresses collected for our communications (newsletter) are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of, and port your data. You may exercise these rights by writing to maisonmonteux26@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — www.cnil.fr.

Cookies and audience measurement

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly audience-measurement tool that places no cookies on your device and collects no personally identifying data. No prior consent is therefore required. Should any other trackers be added later (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.), a consent-management banner would be put in place.
